Child Education

For India’s 25 million orphans, there is little hope for a better life. But for hundreds of orphans in Odisha, India the Hariharananda Balashram is changing lives. This residential school provides free education, food and shelter in a loving and nurturing environment.

Healthcare

Rural areas in India have a shortage of medical professionals.  The lack of access to medical care and essential life-saving drugs contributes to high rates of preventable deaths.  Hand In Hand USA’s permanent medical facilities, mobile medical and dental units and free dispensaries reach even the most remote villages helping to change the lives in rural India.
